Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 4-5 business days "Estimate" for shipping, "Unless you pay for express at checkout". Once your order is shipped check the tracking information for order updates and estimated arrival date. ALL orders are shipped standard shipping (via USPS or UPS)  "Monday-Friday are business days"

 

Returns

Once your order has been completed there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS to an order.

 

The shipping and billing address must match as it is makes sure all the information is correct so your order shipped in a timely manner or you might be asked to verify some info and might delay processing.

 If Order is cancelled or item is refunded please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to return to your card. 

ORDERS

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed. 

A tracking confirmation and email (or sms message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed.

In the case that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, all orders have insurance and the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.
